really starting to miss shockey. he was cash on third down and brought a kind of nastiness and attitude on offense that we just don't have now. it really seems like nobody is going to step up and fill his role either.
Agreed. Shockey was key to our short passing game, which coincidentally has all but disappeared now.
If we can see this offense isn't working, why can't the coaches.

Just noticed shitty passed through filters. Not a swear word southerners use?
Weird isn't it? It'll pick fug out of fugers but not poo out of shitty. I noticed that before.

I don't believe this, but in the interest of playing Devil's advocate, it's theoretically possible that they know it's not working but aren't able to install / schematically change the offense during the season without giving up a lot of practice time to the idea.
I think we'll know for sure how the staff feels about the offensive scheme we're running after the bye, which would have afforded them enough time to at least tweak the scheme.

i stick by my theory that there is some fault with cam newton when it comes to running a pro style offense that we as fans are not seeing...
...and i'm sticking with it because i refuse to believe that the coaching staff is that stupid to continue with the madden style play that's being used now unless they had no choice.

By tweak you mean find nearest dumpster.

I'd like to see that. But I try to temper my expectations.

I've thought about that and as a good reason Cam hardly ever lines up under center throughout the game. But on the other hand, they did run a more pro style offense last season. This seasons offensive scheme compared to last season seems like a drastic change.

Let me guess, you're questioning his intelligence? Not surprising.
He seemed fine running a pro style offense last year.

Carolina Panthers under Ron Rivera = Moral Victory Champions.
Want another one? Not watching the Panthers lose this week.

I'm counting Kalil to IR as a loss this week.

Oh yeah. I block that out of memory already.
How about a rookie up for rookie of the week?
