When it seemed like Cam was going through his checks with offensive line and called a audibles during his those first two drives? Funny, how hasn't done that anymore as if a coach has told him to stop.....

I remember. I think he audibled on our 1st play from scrimmage. Seems he did it another time near the goal line. But yes, it has been very, very limited.

i don't rememeber him doing it, but if he did...
...the fact that the first drive went for 13 yards and the second a whopping 6 yards might explain why he was told to stop.

2011, Cam has no OTAs and a partial training camp with his OC and coaches. He does train at IMG with former QBs Weinke and Moon...we regularly see Cam in pro sets and he has the best rookie year at QB
2012, Cam works with his OC and coach in the offseason exclusively...we now see Cam running read option and in the shotgun 80% of his plays, no audibles or pre snap adjustments.
Hes not being coached to be a QB. Theyre runnin a scheme predicated on milking Cams athleticism in 2012.

I'm guessing we simplified the offense after struggling against TB, but it's not fair to assume that it was Cam who needed things to be simplified... maybe his teammates weren't up to speed?
