Record wise that is
Tampa 2-3
New orleans 1-4
Ny 4-2
Atl 6-0
Sea 4-2
Last three weeks played top teams in the nfc according to record, and we should of could of won two of them. This isnt a Rah Rah thread, just saying we have played the best and have come up just short. We can turn it around,...playoffs ha not happening, but we can make this an exciting respectful season at least.
I hate bye weeks, thank god for nfl red zone tho.
'Respectable season' is a euphemism for 'crappy draft pick'.

seahawks should have lost to GB and be 3-3 but this trhead makes me feel better lol thanks OP
If it wasn't for a bogus PI call by the replacements, GB wouldn't have scored their last TD and Seattle still would have won.

cowboys: 2-3
@bears:4-1
@redskins: 2-3
broncos: 2-3
bucs: 2-3
@eagles: 3-3
@chiefs: 1-5
falcons: 6-0
@chargers: 3-2
raiders: 1-4
@saints: 1-4
we have as many teams with winning records from here on out as we did the first 5 weeks. 7 teams with 2 or less wins. 3 teams with the same number of wins as we have.
sorry...it's not harder from here on out. it's very manageable and quite likely to come out of the season with 8 wins.
someone has to and it might as well be us because most the teams on the schedule aren't doing a whole lot more than us and if you've watched them, they sure aren't playing a whole lot better than us. they've all been either just bad or just as mistake prone as we have been.

Id still prefer a mediocre respectful season instead of a total tank job like 2010. I know it would get us a crappy draft pick but that wouldnt be a problem , if wait a minute.......if we had a compentent GM.

Also the "we played good teams close and could've won" is such a weak argument IMO.
