Likely a torn labrum for Gamble

108 posts in this topic

I normally agree with your posts but not this time. In football you play hurt. Players that want it play hurt. Gamble quit on that long touchdown run by fatty in the ATL game. Now he is quitting on the team. If you care about wins and losses you try to play through a torn labrum.

Calling these guys 'soft' is WEAK. No matter how you spin it. You don't have a clue what's going on with the guy. Now if you think he's declining, or whatever, fine. But to just assume that he's just out there giving 25% because he can is bullshit and weak.

Some of you kill me with this poo.

hurney needs to be on that phone right now trying to get someone to come in...preferably via trade.

unless he's delusional enough to think we're ok enough with who we got here.

meh...it's hurney. we're pretty well screwed.

I fully expect to have Norman/Munnerlyn/Thomas/Parker as our CB's the rest of the season.

I don't see Hurney bringing anyone else in.

Give and take with Chris

It's about time start looking for a WR and CB. Its been time actually

And OG, and DT, and SS, FS, and RB. Oh wait we have 3 of those!

a torn labrum can be very serious and can take a long time to heal, depending on the degree of the tear. there's no telling how bad ed reed's tear is as compared to gamble's. i would like to see any of you function with a torn labrum before you ever call someone soft.

I don't see how Gamble isn't IR'd if it is a torn labrum. Recent history has shown the Panthers don't risk it with that type of injury (Matt Moore 2010, Mike Pollack 2012)

If Gamble doesn't play with it, it will just further illustrate the mindset of this team and organization. And as some have said, that is in direct relation to our mediocre performance year in and year out.

Gamble is the most important, and best player on our D.

This is going to be tough.
