Rivera is a mediocre coach, and Chud is an awful coach. IMHO, they're holding Cam back, and impeding his development with this read-option crap. Washington runs it with RGIII, and they don't do much better with it than we do. I really don't understand why anyone runs the read-option more than 3-4 times a game.

Rivera needs to be a DC I don't think he can be a coach. Not calling timeout at 2:02 was just more evidence he's in over his head and has no idea what is going on.
