Hurney hires the coaches. He even said himself he is responsible for this mess.

For instance you can apologize for Rivera and say its Hurneys fault or vice versa but nobody can defend both of them

Its hard to believe Rivera has failed so misreably as a head coach. There was so much excitement surrounding this team not too long ago.
I guess the horrible drafts, lack of talented depth, and poor decisions/gameplans have crippled this team.
Rivera...sorry man, but it just didn't work out. See ya
