You say this like it's a new concept. I've been saying this since April....
Just seeing a ton of comments here saying we need to draft a DT, CB, OT or Safety. WR is by far pir biggest need without a doubt. Smitty will most likely retire after this season.

Hurney probably will go with the "Delhomme method". Ride a veteran until the wheels fall off and not have a backup plan.

We need a WR so bad but it's where we pick in the draft. Keenan Allen and Hunter are top tier prospects. But the thing is we need a DT and FS so bad also. We have to address FS in the 2nd round so it's going to be a WR/DT in the first.
