STEPHEN A.: Applauds release of Hurney, doesn't blame Rivera for Cam shortcomings, says Cam has growing up to do to be a leader of men. But no one knows Rivera as the unquestioned leader of the team. RR is not coming across as the accountable party, instead all the accountability is falling on our young qb.

Stephen A. laid down the law. Chances are if you are not a Panthers fan, you have never heard of Ron Rivera. Not only is Rivera and this coaching staff sabotaged this offense and Cam's career, but Rivera has left Cam high and dry in terms of the media. Cam is facing all of this attacks from the media, and Rivera is no where to be found. If you weren't a Panthers fan, you would think Cam was our head coach, because he is all you hear and see in terms of press conferences. This is a clear sign (among many signs) that Rivera is in over his head, and is not a HC.
