The Panthers today signed Doug Hogue off of waivers for the Lions. He was a 5th round pick in 2011 and likely will play special teams.

I mean who else are we going to sign? No namers are basically the only people any team can sign right now without going and getting an old FA that isn't playing anymore and just hasn't officially retired

True, just to used to us signing players that I don't know. This guy has 8 tackles in 18 games. It's not just the signing of players, it's signing players that aren't that good, but right now, those players are pretty much expected.
