I'm all for Gettis being activated, but some of you act like he'll be like Cruz. He is beyond rusty, we have no clue if his decent rookie effort was a fluke of not (hi, Keary Colbert!), and he has very little chemistry with Cam and Chud yet. Bring him back slowly so he shines late and is a factor next season.

I think people are excited because he has all the tools. Great size, hands, speed. He could really add something to our offense and people are just excited about what he could add to our offense. It would just be nice to see what he can give us because his rookie season he was one of the only positive things from that year. Nobody has said rush him back. If we brought him back any slower than we already are we'd get passed by a snail. He and others admitted he probably could have started the season active but they just decided they were fine with the receivers we had and there was no since in bringing him back. People are allowed to be excited and anxious.
