Every college coach is the next Harbaugh. Haven't you heard?

WTF is wrong with you people.

"We hate the read option"

"Lets hire a guy who runs the read option in college exclusively!"

Not to mention we were all laughing our asses off at the Bucs when rumor was Chip was their guy.

Obviously he would modify his playbook to the NFL. You can't deny he's a great coach and his team is always prepared every week. I'm tired of hiring d-coordinators and coaches who just have no experience coaching the entire team.

Off that list Kelly and Shanahan...the rest are garbage...and I have my doubts about Kelly.

My list right now is Gruden, Cowher, Kelly, Billick, Shanahan.

To be honest, I really don't want any of the guys on that list besides Horton or Fewell.

I wouldn't mind Winston Moss myself. Bring him and Greene in a package and we will be set.

Kyle Shanahan but i'm thinking he will stay in DC and take over for his dad in the next couple years.

Dark horse, Brian Kelly. Has done a great job turning Notre Dame around and was solid at Cincinnati as well.

I wouldn't want Kyle Shanahan because I feel like he is too young and not ready yet.
