Dump rivera. Hes bad at clock management, bad decision maker. He ALWAYS makes the wrong decision. When 12 of 16 losses in your coaching career are by 8 or less that points to coaching, not to talent on your team. He needs to go, the problem is the whole staff needs to go so who would take over?

Cam Newtons are a dime a dozen. Rivera is the type of talent that only comes around once a generation- you don't bail on a guy like that.

Cam's accuracy is horrible this year. It's like every other pass he's throwing to no-mans land. I'm not saying this whole season is his fault but he's defiantly a contributor. I'm tired of seeing him acting like a cry baby after every game too. He needs to at least take responsibility, man up, and act like he's the leader of this team. You never see that whiny mentality with the elite QB's in this game.
