Ron truly is over his head as a head coach. Instead of making adjustments, he insists we keep doing what we do and maybe it'll soon pay off for us. Definitely sounds like a HC fighting for his job!

Or at the very least a head coach who realizes he's out of here. I do hate that I'm criticizing him because he truly comes across as an EXCELLENT human being and I'd love to have him as a DC. But he's not cut out to be a HC.

He has always had a stutter far as I know - If he gave us a winning team I wouldnt care if he was deaf dumb and blind

I'm pretty sure at least someone blind would see what we are doing and someone deaf would at least hear the cries to not use the run option anymore. The deaf blind coach would beat Rivera.
