I beat off occasionally to the idea of having Mack Brown as our Head Coach.
But sadly this will never happen. Longhorn for Life!

Lets say we all get our wish and we wake up tomorrow and Ron Rivera is no longer with us. Who takes over the team for the last 9 games?
My wish for tomorrow when I wake up has nothing to do with Ron Rivera.
But I am feeling ya.

Dick Vermeil. My wife likes Dick.
Trust us, we ALL know that.
I think it'd be pointless to bring in someone new now. Just ride out the storm, try and put together games like today (but win). When the season is over, obliterate it all. Start from scratch and hope it doesn't take 3-5 years to become contenders.

I spit beer on the "we ALL know that.", comment. You sure know your comedy.
Obliterate it all now, THE SEASON IS OVER. I don't want whatever kooties this staff has on my team. Make Shula the interim HC or Officer Brian Stickley the public address announcer at BOA for all I care. Then let the new GM hire a whole new staff.
What is the point of letting the young, good players twist in the wind with a staff that won't be here next year?
