La'Rod Stephens-Howling. He is an unrestricted free agent after this season. If the Cards don't lock him up before then, then he just may be that scat-back that would infuse some life into the offense, and give Cam another receiving weapon. Moreover, he is a kick returner. It's not like we couldn't use one of them, right...? In my opinion he makes a lot of sense and could be our version of Sproles if used properly. The Hyphen in 2013.
