also, thats a big ranch. They don't build many single story homes with that kind of square footage.
It was supposed to be 2,200 sqft but we added an extra bedroom and extended our living room by 320 sqft.

You have many of the same concerns that most do when they build, I was just busting your balls a little/talking you off a cliff.
I do it for a living. Very rarely have anyone that is upset with me and I sell a ton of houses.

Good job man.

Thank you sir. Got a week before I move in tho.
I gotta put up blinds, paint garage floor, change bathroom hardware, put up drapes, change regular lights to motion sensor lights, install window film and etc... tomorrow is gonna be long day. Do you know if I need to call municipality to order waste bins or will they come automatically few days after close?

You are going to need to call them.
Congrats again, glad you stuck with it, you will have some little things pop up here and there during your first year, just like anything else.

Better to do all that before you move in than to wait until after, so you're doing the right thing.Thank you sir. Got a week before I move in tho.

I moved in and told myself I'd do several things at my place and never did. It's easy to get complacent once you are settled in.
