There's other things to do in the game other than the main missions. You're missing the point. I didn't say anything about how long it took to get to Connor. All my criticisms are still valid. Although, not becoming an assassin until sequence 6 is a bit too long.

I actually very much enjoyed the pace of the game so far. I LOVED the twist at the end of sequence 3. It's taken a bit longer than previous iterations to get to the meat and bones, but I feel like this series does a phenomenal job of telling the story interactively. Playing as Haymath Kenway at first, recruiting allies, and going through his whole portion really gave some backstory to when you meet him as Connor later on. I love it so far, and the multiplayer aspect is great in and of itself.

Quick question though. In previous versions, there was the ultimate armor that took time to get. Be it Altair armor or armor of Brutus. Is there anything like that in this version? Obviously not armor, but like a badass set of robes or something?

Ok the game has gotten wayyyyy better once you get to sequence 6. Im glad that it finally did. It's the first time where I'd have to wait that long until I started enjoying the game. I'll write another review when I've completed the game.

Ive read there are some. I guess you'll get them after collecting all the feathers and trophies (not what it's called but can't think of the name atm) and chests?

Just finished the main mission. I love AC games...but it kinda just left me thinking, "eh". Thought there would be more American Rev. in it.

I love it so far, they packed a lot more in the side missions. i love the additin of the naval missions. The main story is too short, im almost done with it.

There is one very bad bug though, when you try to recruit dobby carter. Her liberation missions dont show on the map and you have to find them by accident. Once you do and complete them you can recruit her. Damn that was annoying.

Oh yes the desmond mission are actually good this time and not a PITA.

When ac2 came out I was like i want Altair back, then Ezio became my favorite, I bet Connor will be my fav by the next game. It interesting how he is torn between 4 worlds, native, assasin, templar, revolution...and trying to remain ambigous to what side he will stay with.
