I needed to upgrade my MyTouch 3g so I called TMobile and they said I could get the Samsung Galaxy S 2 for $149 and a $50 mail in rebate so I was like cool and they said it would be cheaper to p/u at a Tmobile store long story short the phone was $199.99 plus a rebate so I got all mad and poo and left cause they lied to me...


I call customer service and tell them I'm not happy and I have been a loyal customer for 7 years so they offered me the same phone for $50 and I told them my wife needed a new phone so they gave me a HTC Radar for free had to pay shipping of $6.99 so not bad at all.

The bill came to $59,00 and I was planning on paying $150 for 1 phone so I'm pretty happy.


Looking at the HTC Radar it has windows 7.5 and Xbox stuff on it I might trade with her...

tmobile stores will never give you the deals you'll get from tmobile customer service or online. plus if you go to the store to make changes, they will always try to restart your 2 year agreement. i haven't been under contract since 2010. saves about $20 a month
