It was a reckless, and dangerous hit. It's going to get called just about every time. Naka should know that, and honestly he shouldn't have been on the field to make the hit in the first place....

Well, going for a catch meets the defenseless criteria....

But it is bullpoo, defender on plays has no idea where a WRs head will be making hits like those. Shouldn't be penalized for those....only intent or launching with your helmet

Most of those old "tough guys" were 75lbs lighter and 2 seconds slower than today's players and would literally cry if they got hit like that.

It's a good rule out in place for the right reasons, but it's just hard to call fairly, same with Hardy's hands to Bob's head in the EZ.

TBH I dont think it should be called in the game unless its obvious. Still after they review it, it should be pushed with suspension. Also if the WR leads with there head it should be called on them.

Wide receivers go low and lower their helmets all the time. The offensive players are just as much to blame. Their poor technique and reckless play is never addressed.
