Hopefully they finally activate Adams then. Stupid to have that talent just sitting on the bench.

Gettis has not overwhelmed at practices. Not sure he'd have been activated w/out the injury to Pilares, who needs shoulder surgery.


i called it earlier in the week. wrong reciever, but predicted the only way gettis is activated is if there's an injury to someone else...

barring some ridiculous injury to lafell or smith between now and then, if it hasn't happened by now it ain't gonna happen.

Gettis was better than Lafell when he got injured. Maybe just maybe we could have a pretty good 3rd string receiver out of Gettis.

He'll finish the season with about 10 catches for 56 yards, 0 TD's.

Why worry? Gettis and Adams > Pilares. Over all, more production.

I feel you on that. But...Edwards may have been one Pilares injury away from being unemployed.

Here's to Edwards finishing the 2012 season as something more than an afterthought.
