This is going to put the federal government in such a pinch on what to do.

I'm a states rights guy, so this is awesome.

smoking a doobie will help you deal with the fisal cliff a whole lot better. we will have a hell of alot more freedoms than money in a few years so rock and roll.

And we have Obamacare to take are of ill effects. A world without responsibility or consequence. Is this a great country or what?

Hey, PFT just got me thinking.

What happens to the NFL substance abuse policy if pot is legal? Can a guy say he smoked it in a certain state and get away with it?

Pretty sure you have to be a state resident so this would only apply to John Fox and Russell Wilson...them damn potsmokers

I assume it would be like any other employers substance abuse policy. If they state that using marijuana is grounds for termination then it shouldn't matter where they used said substance.

It's still against the law federally...and any organization could just default to federal legalization rules to avoid issues.
