By what standard is Bell playing "very well"? He's okay, and its always nice to have UDFA turn into useful players, but he is a lower tier RT by the standards of NFL starters. It's like some people are so used to terrible play that any time a player doesn't completely stink they are playing "really well".

Bell is playing "very, very, very, very, very ,very WELL".
Hes no scrub, trust me.
And its not that we're used to terrible plays. Getting used to terrible plays is thinking Lafell is going to be a no.1 or strong no.2.
Bell is a solid player and could very well push Gross as to being the best player for us on the line this year.

By the standard that he's playing mistake free after being blasted for penalties last year. By making Jeff Otah, former first round pick, completely expendable. By being very solid in both pass protection and run blocking. The only "lower tier" guy we have on the OL right now in terms of performance is Hangartner, though Amini certainly looks like a rookie.

I disagree. I'm not LaFell's biggest supporter, but this O Chud tried to cram down their throats hurt everyone. Cam isn't as accurate as last season and isn't making it through his progression like he should. Too often he locks in on the primary receiver and doesn't use the rest of the guys.

I think LaFell can be an adequate 2, but is better suited for 3. He has developed some very consistence hands after looking terrible his rookie season, so I'll give him credit for that. LaFell hasn't shown enough to pass on a top WR candidate in April, IMO.

the problem with the stewart/williams tandem is that you have to very effective runners that are completely different. and thats why they are so good together. however if williams wants to stay on the team, he needs to produce. I honestly beleive the problem with our running backs is the lack of using them. i do think beason will go. and probably anderson as well. it will be an interesting off season to say the least.

Chud is under utilizing them and Tolbert. If the show is still run by Foxy, god imagine how great our run game would be.

I hate to say it but I wanna go back to a conservative offense. Run the ball and let Cam manage the game. Cam will def be more effective and his turnovers will go down if we conserve his passing attempts.
