Vick has the smoothest release in football - and can sling it. But he isn't that accurate and never has been. He never will be either because his mechanics are sound and yet he cannot pierce through a defense.

Cam can be on point if his mechanics are right - his flaws are teachable.

I hope we can bring some coaches in that can teach him those mechanics. Because we damn sure don't have them here now.

In reality, Vick and Newton have very little in common.

Newton bears way more similarity as a QB to Brett Favre or John Elway.

If you want a better version of Vick, look in DC.

I really don't think anyone covets Michael Vick's durability, or his accuracy for that matter. His speed maybe, but that's about it.

Brees and Griffin don't really have much in common either. Brees is a system passer who has to move around in the pocket because he's shorter. Griffin is an athletic quarterback, a way smarter one than Vick though. Vick is a dimwit.

Elway was essentially a more accurate Favre.
