Not 59% of the total white vote, but 88% of ROMNEY's vote total was white.

Point being, this thread is about a different figure than that graph you just posted.

I am groing tired of hearing how bad things will be. Sitting in the airport the other day I heard more gloom and doom about where we are headed to than I have ever heard at any time in my life. Wouldn't the more appropriate thing to do is to apply pressure (no matter what your party affiliation is) to the elected officials to come to a solution that will resolve some of these problems rather than hold onto outdated (based on the results of the election) bias that has led to nothing other than hard feelings. I think we have a chance here to do something historic, put party aside and focus on the prosperity of Americans. The only way it will happen though is to let this trivial poo go.

im going to basically use Nov 2013 as my main barometer for what the future really holds. by then i will know all i need to know.
