Normally, I would agree with you. Marty loved to stash guys on IR to get a look at other players and to provide a built in excuse. But these guys (Ron and Beane) are dead men walking. That other stuff doesn't matter because none of them will be here next year anyway.

Marty is not the guy anymore though. Im just saying Why not put a guy like AE on IR for the hell of it. Kieser played like what 5 snaps this season ? And I think benching Joe Adams for this long is enough.

It really just doesn't matter much either way. They could have picked any one of the bottom 20 guys on our roster to put on IR and make room for Bridges.

All of these guys, Adams, Armanti, Keiser, etc. will be evaluated by the new staff and we just have to hope they make the right decisions.

But I agree it would be nice to see Adams at some point this year to see if he has anything to offer. The same goes for Gettis. It's not like we have a lot to lose.
