right arm correct?
stop whacking and it'll probably get better
Right arm yes. Whacking it isn't the problem... doesn't hurt to do that, not flexing that muscle...

you probably got it from trying to reach up and rub your prostate.
I literally laughed out loud at this... pie.
Damn biscuit sorry to hear that., I know that poo hurts
It is annoying... and you know, this poo is called "golfer's elbow" and I didn't hurt it golfing and it doesn't bother me golfing...
It hurts the poo out of me doing mundane things like.. .picking up the dog, moving my mouse (which I only do about a million times a day...) crap like that... I hurt it in the gym and it's progressively gotten worse the last few weeks to the point where it's bothering me all the time.

My wife had this when she first started playing golf. She was told to put a band around her elbow to brace up that area, web sites say a tennis brace can help. That and lots of Motrin. If that fails I also agree with rubbing dirt on it.
Yeah, I did some online research and the band thing is one remedy and I've tried it...
This actually worked well with my "jumper's knee" patella tendonitis... fixed it immediately.
However, with my forearm, particularly when I'm lifting, it expands so much when I do things like curls, that it's very difficult to do. I'm going to use it today on back day and see if it helps any... I have considered just wearing it all day one day and see what that does.

I had it back in the late 90's... 2 injections about 3 months apart.... hasn't bothered me since. And I learned how to use my left hand... yes, you read that correctly.

Yeah, doesn't hurt while you're playing golf, but afterwards it's a sonuvabitch....
