I've used that. And no, it wasn't for some lunatic rant.
Surprisingly, they don't even send out automated responses thanking you for your feedback. Perhaps they save their responses for those that state they are PSL owners.

I sent an email to that address and Danny Morrison called me 4 hours later. Couldn't believe it.
