Hah Green Park......ohh the memories. Until about 6 years ago, Boone was a non "liquor by the drink" town. So if you wanted to go to a liquor bar you had to go to Blowing Rock.

My favorite spot was Green Park. Ohh the shitfaced memories of that place.

For what it's worth, I probably spent over 200 nights there, in various degrees of inebriation, and never saw a ghost .

Yeah, I remember heading over there for drinks during summer sessions when I was trying to finish up and graduate.

Never saw a ghost there, but I did see something that was definitely other-worldly. She was very cute, very nice curves, and screamed like a banshee in the bed just a couple hours after we met. But the next morning she had morphed into a hideous, frightful beast with Medusa-like hair and a Fran Dresher voice. {{shudders}}

I'll never go back to that fuggin' place.
