If Joeckel is rated that high by every scouts, then He should be rated just as high by all 32 other HCs and GMs. That meaning, if he's that great then we shouldnt even talk about him. He's going no.1 overall to the Chiefs. Right?

Where are you seeing this? Everywhere I look has Joeckel as the #1 prospect.

The only places I check for draft info this early (ESPN Scout and walterfootball) have Star rated equally or higher than Joeckel and both have Star being taken before him.
