Edwards over Gettis is the reason this staff HAS to be gone in January. This is pathetic. Gettis has been practicing for a while now, he even showed some burst last week....yet Rivera is butt hurt and wont put him in. It's like watching someone win the lottery and buy a Prius.

Most players go through a full camp, 4 preseason games etc to get in football shape.

Gettis hasn't played in a LONG time. He isn't in the dog house. He just aint ready to play football.

AE and Gettis may not have played much, but Gettis at least can catch a ball when he's covered and can use his height to his advantage. He should be able to run the 2-3 plays he would have seen if he was active. Dumb decision by Rivera.
