most of that can be attributed to the fact that almost every single passing play we run is designed to take like 18 minutes to develop

also we'd been running the option way too much. as a change of pace it is fine, but it's not something you run as a base offense in the nfl. it doesn't allow cam to commit to his arm to make plays

Or maybe it is that Cam is often not goign through his progessions quickly. If you watch the game, there are open WR's that he is missing.

I do think that both Cam and Chud have fallen in love with the long ball. They are both trying to make a living off it...and failing.

Who's teaching Cam that though genious? If no one is correcting him, it's the coaches fault. But he's just doing what the play is designed for.

your supposition had a head on collision with facts and there were no survivors. sorry.

he undeniably got the ball out faster and made quicker decisions on sunday which is an improvement on probably the biggest thing that people here were ragging him for. i mean you watched the game, right? oddly your observations don't seem to align with anybody else's.

I did watch the game. Cam had some moments, as he always seems to have. Unfortunately, the BAD moments he is having are not those of an improving player! It is evident his own coaches, for right or wrong, don't sem to have a lot of confidence in him either as the play calling near the end showed.

Playcalling at games end was not indicative of lost confidence in a QB but more so a pussy foot coach trying to unsuccessfully back into a win like he has so often done. Rivera has gifted so many wins b/c he is a coach that doesn't understand you can't do that in the NFL. He "plays" percentages like the failure he is. He and that loser Pat Shurmur.

Did I miss something? Wasn't Cam like 11 for 12 in the 2nd half or something like that? I'll watch the film to verify, but he was pretty hot at the time. Not time to take your foot off the gas in my opinion. Play to get the first against the worst pass defense in the league, and end the game in victory formation.
