If JR doesn't make this firing tomorrow, I will have completely lost faith in his ability to own an NFL franchise.

Sure, firing Rivera right now will not fix anything immediate but his face is associated with the most nauseating football I've ever watched.

Rivera made a decent amount of money these past two seasons and will probably be hired as a DC somewhere else... No sympathy.
