JR does deserve all of this pain...he did not care when he put a stop on talent aquisition and growth/development of this team bc of his lead in the lockout..we still have not recovered.
JR's next moves starting with the GM will have to be great moves and IMO im not sure getting rid of Rivera is the way to go either.. Not if Chip Kelly is the option. this has Spurrier all over it.
