The problem with running out the clock last drive

.....not one run for positive yardage. Amazing how horrific our rush attack is. Only has respectable days when we add in what our QB does. Shameful.

All goes back to coaching. Sad.

I knew we were going to blow it when we called for Cam to run up the middle where he was tackled for no gain on our last drive.

The cause of that stems from that pathetic group known as our OL.

And the fact the offensive line is terrible

No doubt they suck....

But coaching and scheme.....doesn't aid a bad bunch.

Our healthy OL allowed our RBs to run for literally 0 total yards week 1. Scheme makes a bad OL even worse.

My favorite play call was the one where we were in shotgun and ran for an inch

Hey it's actually like a 4 yard gain when you run from the shotgun back to the line of scrimmage. That counts for something right?

Why no pitches, outside runs, screens?

I was begging for a screen during that last drive... likely would've been golden with the way Tampa was selling out on the run.

I don't think that any of those plays except the Slant pass to Smith and the 9 yard run by Cam, was designed to do anything but run out the clock. I'm confused about our playcalling in the most crucial times of our games.

Can't argue with you there, brother.

But, from a passing game standpoint, Cam's been running for his life all year, "healthy" OL or not.
