From top to bottom this organization is simply a failure.

The decisions, the strategy, the schemes, the personnel, the trades, the drafting, lack of impact free agents, contracts....

All of these factors the organization can control. They have made horrible choices for several years...when are they going to be held accountable? Does JR care about the direction of this team?

Marty Hurney was fired too late. He should have been dumped 2 years. His fingerprints on this team have devastated us IMO. The drafts, the trades, the personnel...not good enough...bad formula..

We run the worst offensive scheme in the league..

I'm at a loss right now...not sure what else to say...
