Most # of wins in the NFL the last 4 years. Top 5 in winning % at home over that time period.

All from hiring a rookie GM and 1st time head coach.

Bucs rookie coach and Saints with back up coach and lots of guys out due to suspension and yet, here they are.

The difference is Arthur Blank CARES about the team and what the fans think/want....JR's #1 interest is the NFL Front Office and the longevity of the NFL...Not the Carolina Panthers.
