Bucs rookie coach and Saints with back up coach and lots of guys out due to suspension and yet, here they are.

The difference is Arthur Blank CARES about the team and what the fans think/want....JR's #1 interest is the NFL Front Office and the longevity of the NFL...Not the Carolina Panthers.

You can't say that Jerry Richardson doesn't care. He is the reason that we even have a team (eventhough they are not that good right now). He cares about winning. Not every decision an Owner/GM does will be perfect. You live and learn. He will show you how much he cares.

It is pretty amazing the turnaround that franchise has had, at least in the regular season. Like us, they never had back to back winning seasons until the current regime. Something we can only hope for.
I mean, today their QB throws 5 INTS and they still manage to win. Wow. That is a well rounded team.
