Mr. Scot

Dear Mr. Accorsi...

Per the news stories, consultant Ernie Accorsi has the ability not just to aid in the GM search, but also to suggest changes in organizational structure and procedures.

So besides the obvious (i.e. "hands off") what sorts of things are you hoping he suggests?

Convince JR that players with off the field issues are sometimes worth it.

Offseason leadership training and other intangibles. Leadership, work ethic, teamwork, etc.

Laugh all you want, there is a reason fortune 500 companies invest heavily in these.

Agreed 100%. This whole organization needs an injection of leadership from top to bottom. I am a full on Cameron Newton supporter and it took me until week 10 to get disgusted with the way he presents himself. I'm sorry and I know hating on Cam is a bandwagon. I'm not jumping on it, but something has to be done with the mental strength of the team. That is what causes you to crumble in the final drives of a ball game. We don't have mental toughness or leadership ANYWHERE on the team, especially on the offensive side of the ball.

LEADERSHIP COURSES ALL THE WAY!

Have Cam go to one the military bases nearby for leadership/training program?

Anytime leadership gets discussed on this board I just roll my eyes and wonder just what the hell people here know about the subject.

Probably more than you realize.

I like this one. A guy I know we will discuss heavily during the draft is Da'Rick Rodgers. The dude has absolute super star potential and could be our #1 receiver for a decade. The only knock is that he is immature, all about himself, and transferred schools.

    • Legal households do that stuff as well.  It's a problem with the system not so much illegals.  I would love to find a way to fix those work arounds.   But going back to what this thread is about which is what I was addressing, illegal's are not allowed to receive welfare, there is already a law against that and it's being enforced. An illegal immigrant can't just walk into the Department of Social Services and get signed up for free poo. It's not happening. Does Trump know that? or care? Idk, but his followers are stupid as fug. I get what Trump gets out of this relationship but they are just getting fuged and they are too ignorant to know better.
    • Been an official donor since the day I turned 18, even though it was on my license at 16. I've asked to be cremated anyway, so it's not like anyone is going to notice that 2 oz of my ash is missing. This is literally the gift that costs you nothing to give.
    • I get what you're saying but using an immigrant to bizarrely place blame on when your Republican pals have been trying to ruin whatever social security currently is now for as long as I can remember is just really ignorant. Like you are barely above the intelligence of a bar stoll by proliferating this sort of retarded mindset.
