See my first post...
Do you really think Kasay would say that he doesn't want Gano to wear his number? Do you honestly think Kasay would have said no?
If it meant as much to him as it obviouly does the fans...? Then yes I think he'd say he wasn't cool with it. I'm pretty sure that one day, Kasays number will be retired. Hell Gano will be gone by next season and we'll forget all about his renting of the number.

That's exactly my point, but I'm on the other end of the spectrum. If you're only going to be here for a short while then pick a number that didn't belong to one of the most iconic players in the Panthers organization.

I saw Kasay years ago taking a bunch of kids to Dairy Queen to get ice cream...there had to have been 10+ kids and it was just him....I would've lost my mind but the guy was as cool as the other side of the pillow...
Good story bro I know...
Actually that is a good story, that actually supports my point.
The guy is an unbelievable guy and such a class act.

"He took some kids somewhere." Now that's class!
There's also a story from someone on here who worked in a restaurant where he brought his kids, who he let cause havoc and then didn't tip, as i recall it.

It became none of Kasay's business what Panther wears his number when he put on a Saints jersey.
Thank god somebody had the balls to say it

I've met Kasay and have no idea where you got that story from so I will stick with my opinion and you can stick with yours.

If half of you supported the team as much as you trash talking each other then we might actually have a solid fan base.
