What's the reason Cam is not a captain on this team?

Lol PFFL is trying to mock me for fabricating falsehoods.

Irony isn't dead after all.

You mock yourself with the lack of acknowledgement to any argument you lose followed by "hey guys...please help me".

I'll say it again, this is all you are capable of.

Jesus Christ are you actually comparing the 49ers squad/staff to that of the Panthers? Are you high?

He did and in the same sentence tried to compare Kapernick to Rodgers....LMAO

If Cam had Harbaugh as his head coach this thread wouldn't exist and we would be at least 6-4.

I compared coaching staffs in the same sentence with that? Where?

Like I said, there's a common practice here of inventing convenient arguments that don't actually exist and a failure to read. It's mind boggling the amount of ignorance that some of you display. As if no one could go back 2 pages and see that I said nothing of the sort. It's simply delusional.

But you are right this thread wouldn't exist because once again, if we had Harbaugh, Cam would be on the bench or would not be here at all. Harbaugh ran a pro style offense with Andrew Luck in college. He would have nothing to do with Cam Newton.

That I did say.

I'm using common sense and basic football research. Which is why I have rarely fit in. A lot of you hate to face facts.

It never fails. Extremists always claim to be realists that just aren't accepted because the sheep don't want to hear what they have to say. They never seem to accept the possibility that no one agrees with them because they are just flat wrong.

And by the way, is it just me or does anyone else find it humorous that some people are using Colin K. as a new benchmark after 1 start in the NFL?

What am I FLAT wrong about?

Saying it, while ignoring all the facts, the argument, and drawing your foregone conclusion, with your only method of "winning" is by having another 4-5 guys repeating it the same foregone conclusion, doesn't make it right.

Majority opinion has never proven a single fact wrong.

I am far from a Camwagoner I criticize him quite often, however he has not been put in the position to succeed who is to say if given the opportunity to run a pro style set he wouldn't succeed?

He clearly operates better under center in normal formations than he does in the gimmick offense, I find it funny that you keep using Kaepernick as an example seeing as he played in a QB rushing offense becoming the first college QB to pass for 2,000 yards and rush for 1,000 three seasons in a row, not to mention you want to crown him after one game.

And I hope you realize that is still an opinion. In fact most of your post is backed up by nothing but your opinion. Clearly better? Where is it clear? In my opinion, having a taylor made offense to suit your style, is being placed in a position to succeed.

I'm not using Colin as an example or some measuring stick. I simply responded to someone who said Colin was" Cam Newton light" and I pointed that is ridiculous and listed out areas where that is not at all the case. Go back and read it again, if you need to.

But you see, your opinion and my opinion cancels themselves out, and what you are left with at the end, are some hard to ignore stats and facts. He's at the bottom of just about every single category the NFL uses to grade and rate quarterbacks.

And that is NOT an opinion.

To be frank PFFL you just aren't worth arguing with. I've seen your pointless circular reasoning and pitiful attempts at countering fact based arguments too many times to waste my time arguing with you.

As I said initially, I enjoy your posts for sheer entertainment value. It's not a knock, it's an actual truth.

There is nothing circular about my reasoning. Pretty straight forward what I said. What is happening is you have to circle around it, or divert it, because they are hard for you to acknowledge, admit and that's because you can't possibly stand agreeing with me.

You notice how you didn't actually argue ONE single fact based point I made? You either brought up something from the past twisted the way it fits your argument, attempted some sort of personal attack to derail the argument, or ignored anything you couldn't combat. I could say the Earth is round, and you will find some way of twisting that so you don't have to agree. The very side effect of butt hurt grudge holding...and quite frankly the rest of your posts, are the very definition of trolling.

Which, on your point of irony, that's what I always found ironic around here. A group of trolls, displaying the text book definition of trolling behavior, while accusing the very people they berate of trolling. I mean it really doesn't get much more ironic than that...

I think what he said is very clear to me and for anybody with a little good sense. Seemed reasonable and lucid. He posted a number of popular stats I see everyone around the NFL and around here use to back up what he is saying.

This is a forum for Panthers Fans but it feels like anytime anyone has some kind of different opinion, they end up having to defend the right to have it from some personal attack. It's even worse when it comes to criticism of Cam.

To answer the OP, it's obvious the veteran players do not believe he earned the right to be voted captain.
