I'm not worried about Vick. It's McCoy who could be trouble

we have a long history of losing to backup or new starting QBs that goes back years...even through much of the fox years.

we have a better chance of winning the game with vick starting. this will be the week foles becomes a man. the stage is set for him to be the next star of the eagles (at least until next year when a new coaching staff drafts their QB).

some team will fall in love with the idea of foles and will pay through the ear for him and he'll be the next overrated backup that a team finds out was a complete waste, but he'll be a very rich man and he'll have the panthers to thank for it.

I think this was more a Fox thing than a Panther thing.

His style was always to get a lead and directly start to play the clock (regardless if you are still in the first quarter). That means that you never blow out a much worse opponent. Instead as you make sure all games stay close, opening yourself up to game winning drives from a qb that you do not have tape of).

Wait, people have faith in this team?

Wait, aren't you a falcons fan now?

When are you actually going to man up and leave? It's almost playoff time, you better start getting ready for your guys' only game.

I wouldn't say we are ever a lock to win any game. This team has significant mental problems and if something bad happens in the 4th qtr, we will likely start to collapse.

That being said, the eagles are struggling mightily on offense, so the defense might be able to hold them below 10 points.

If we lose, it would not be unreasonable for the Panthers to just fold as a franchise.

Vick sucks. Him being out doesn't really matter.

McCoy is the one that impacts things.

Cam And Vick have about the same stats this season and both have been turnover machines so that makes Cam suck also! :startle:

I see us losing via 3 special teams plays. One will be a muff or fumble that they recover at our 10 or something. One will be a return for 6 on their part, and another will be a return to like the 40 where they only have to go half the field. So even if our offense and defense click, we'll lose because of a 9-21 point swing in the eagles favor due to special teams.

what carolina doesn't have tape on is an offensive gameplan with bryce brown as a centerpiece.

look for an eagles team that is going to put the enphasis on establishing the run and playing good defense.
