I am making a corn hole game for my little girl. In researching, I find different dimentions. For the hole , should the top edge or 3 or 6 inches from the top of the board?

3 seems about right based on the boards I've played on.

(Not an expert though - I think a few people have built their own on this board however).

If you have a "play it again sports" they sell boards already to specs and unfinished for about what it would cost to make one yourself.

Yes. Reason I ask was I saw that one and this one:

I have never played but do not wish to show up with an incorrect board. I figured some of the Huddlers had played this tailgate game.

Thanks, I will go with the advice and do 3" unless I hear different from some of you all.

6" is the most common, that's what our boards are., best way to judge the size is with one of those metal coffee cans we used that to mark the holes, it's a little big but not noticeable.
