Like the picks but we need a WR. Smitty hasn't been as good this year and it'll only get worse. LaFell is a #2 and Gettis is an unknown. For me we need to get a go to guy in FA/Draft.IF we get one in FA, I'll love this draft a lot.(except for 7th round RB... rather take a K)

Ever heard of Greg Zuerlein?

I love the first two picks. Joeckel, Thomas, Kalil, Bell, and Gross have the makings of a HOF calibur line. I approve of the first two picks!

If the draft were to go like this, Joeckel would be replacing Gross at LT, Amini would stay at LG, kalil at center, Thomas at RG and Bell at RT.

Joeckel is a franchise LT, if we bring him in it either means we cut Gross or he retired.

Bell should never be moves inside again, we should be thankful for what he's worth at RT and leave it at that.

RG needs to be replaced whether its through the draft or free agency.

And do not give up on Amini. He has so much potential and will learn by getting experience with starters and some day make a name for himself.

Joeckel, Silatolu, Kalil, Thomas, Bell is exactly how I envisioned it. That is a dominant offensive line for years.

What about moving Silatolu to right guard, and having Thomas stay at LG for the pros?

I thought about that as well, but I don't know if I like the idea of two rookies on Cam's blindside. Sure, both are fantastic players, but the idea of defenses overloading two rookies on the blindside is not something that sounds appealing.

Amini played LT in college, so it was natural to keep him in the left side. Switching his position again would just take away from the experience he's gained this season.

It's probably easier to play RG than LG if anything else. I don't think he would lose anything from it. Yet as Ruff said, having two rookies on one side may not be such a good thing. Yet I would be willing to try it with these bunch of guys.

    • Christian McCaffrey is a special athlete. His ability as a runner and slot receiver make him one of the most dynamic football threats in the league. His contributions to the Stanford offense have been tremendous, and he's had a big workload to boot. However, many of the naysayers talk of McCaffrey not being able to handle an NFL workload. They say his body would not be able to handle the rigors of what the NFL will throw at him.  A look into McCaffrey's workout routine shows he just may be able to handle it. http://www.stack.com/a/how-christian-mccaffrey-built-his-body-to-withstand-one-of-the-biggest-workloads-in-college-football McCaffrey seems to put himself through super workouts to keep himself in shape. I have no doubt McCaffrey will be able to enter the NFL with his body ready and tested to face the rigors of the NFL. What do you think? Will McCaffrey be ready for the rigors of the NFL?
    • I know right? People wasting their breath when Gary Johnson was the superior candidate last election.
    • There's a lot of Wilson supporters from State so I don't want to get them all riled up, but Wilson is OVERRATED. He always has been, his style of play is fundamentally unsustainable because it relies on getting lucky when things completely go to poo. You know what usually happens when things go to poo in the NFL? You get sacked or picked.    Further adding to my dislike for Wilson is the fake persona he has built. He's a shill that stops at nothing to protect his golden boy image. That's just a personal pet peeve of mine. Say what you want about Cam but at least he's himself.
