I can't remember who said it, maybe Zob, but they said "We are just good enough to lose.."
You can see the talent on the field and the ability comes in flashes. The coaching is piss-poor, but we have a team that actually is not the worst in the NFL. We will probably beat the Eagles, Chiefs, San Diego and Oakland rolling to a 6-10 record and just out of the top 5 in the Draft.

Why not start playing backups now to get a true reading on their abilities?
Ron is coaching for his career at this point. Playing backups won't help that.

Doubt it will. But he has a better chance at 6-10 than 2-14 or 4-12...
