a change in head coaching can make all the difference in the world! Bobcats were fuging 7-59 last year, hired a no-name guy in Mike Dunlap who's looking like a great coach now and they've already matched their win total from last year as they are 7-5 to start the year. Are they gonna go to the playoffs? No. But the players and fans have restored faith and confidence and TWC has been great this year! Buccaneers were x1000 worse last year than e are this year, cleaned house and made some great draft picks and they are in playoff condition and listen to their stadium right now! It's rockin! We have talent and I think we can be in the playoffs next year but we have to clean house and get rid of these clowns!

Schiano is looking like a good pickup for Tampa Bay. I remember when folks on here was clowning the pick up. So far it's looking like they made the right hire. Hopefully, we get lucky in our search this offseason.

NFL is a whats trending now league but don't always assume what works for a few is what works for everyone.

No that doesn't mean I don't want a college coach but I don't want to fall into the trap of a rah rah attitude coach with no results.

Hey want to hear a hillarious joke?.. So a guy goes to NBA.com and sees the Bbcats at 7-5 and the Lakers at 7-7. Yea, I died laughing also.

I think Schiano peaked early and is all downhill from here.

Mike Dunlap with literally no football knowledge would do better than Ron Rivera. Rivera doesn't understand the very basics of general athletics coaching. Thats why he's better served as a specialist defensive coordinator or whatever, as long as its on a different team

A coach with a strong vision and drafting a player that will exhibit and flourish in that system to lead it!! Dunlap and Kidd-Gilchrist...we need a combo of that although I saw akuchley- Rivera as that..vision and focus may be lacking but the roster would not help many coaches.

I say it a lot but Rivera is getting the avalanch of Panther fan frustration that has been repressed the last 4 years.
