I don't follow NBA that much but didn't we draft the youngest player 2 years in a row? And aren't we one of the youngest teams in the NBA?

You obviously don't. Yes we have young players but this roster is never going to win an NBA championship, they don't have that "star" player

Agreed, get this team a half decent staff and they're very easily an 8-9 win team. Add some key talent and they should be good to go.

JorCho got the staff needed for a young Bobcats team, get them a few solid players, and a talented big they're going places. No doubt.
