They basically told the offense that they have no confidence in them to drive down the field and score some quick points.

I was definitely hoping we would have fired Rivera by now. Yet now, I want to get that first overall pick. We need to trade that baby for a multitude of picks. So I say let's keep Rivera, and lose out.
