...will idiots on ESPN shut up about it and stop with their incessantly face-value offerings on cam's play?

...will idiots on the huddle shut up about it and stop with their incessantly face-value offerings on cam's play?

i vote yes for the former and no for the latter, because the average huddle poster makes less sense than skip bayless, but if you are neither a moron poster or skip bayless you should be excited about what this team did tonight. cam newton led his team down the field with the game on the line and took the lead in a situation when they've fallen short in the past, and then the defense responded accordingly.

we have a football team folks. get excited for the rest of the year, because it's an antecedent of what's to come.

I've realized it comes down to this,

When we lose, no matter how well Cam plays, he still gets scrutinized.

When we win, it's all fun and games and we're right back to calling him the GOAT.

Just gotta keep winning.

Eagles gave up... But Cam regained some momentum in his development. He is well on his way, but I'm waiting to see him play this way in the big game. He obviously can.

Media guys arent going to get behind him until he comes back and wins the big game. Tonight wasnt the big game, but great to see Cam back on his game.

Theres always going to be haters, usually the same ones, but cam will be hated on until he wins a Super Bowl.

Team still hasnt won a game that Cameron has turned the ball over in. But another 4th quarter comeback in the books is sweet! Hopefully we can start getting more blowout wins under our belts in the next season or so.

Glad to see he accomplished it, but you won't see anyone changing their mind until he does so consistently. Not agreeing, just pointing it out.

I'd like to see him overcome and fix the "turnovers = almost automatic loss" perception more myself.
