One with Phil Hartmann, Sinbad, and Ahnold was pretty funny...can't recall name.

Christmas in Paradise (Nic Cage, Dana Carvey, Jon Lovitz)

Elf and Christmas Vacation are epic though.

Is Jingle all the Way even obscure? Everyone I know seems to love it.

1. There's one with Ben Affleck and the guy from the Sopranos. I can't remember the name but I remember thinking that it was really funny when it came out long ago.

2. Christmas with the Cranks. I don't know if it's obscure but I think it's funny.

3. There was one with the kid from Tool Time that I really liked when I was a kid. I think it was called I'll Be Home For Christmas. I have no clue if it stands up though because I haven't watched it since I was in elementary school.

Reindeer Games...

My favorite is A Christmas Carol with George C. Scott, though.

The problem with Christmas movies is good and rare don't really meet in a Venn diagram.

I usually just stick to my favorites and only watch them once a year.

Elf, Love Actually, Bad Santa, Die Hard, etc...

emphasis on rare

I would prefer an okay movie I haven't seen to something I can't freaking avoid seeing every year

If you are okay with grim indie flicks, check out Frozen River.
