What is the difference between being down 17 points in the third quarter like we were against JAX and being down 16 points in the 3rd quarter like we were against the Giants??

Trying to fire up your team in a game that was still relatively close at that moment is a sign of leadership, not arrogance. It didn't work, but he was trying to generate some momentum in a two possession game early in the 3rd quarter. At that point the game was far from a blow out.

Also, how is that different from RG3 celebrating his TD to cut the lead to 8 points with 1:28 left to go in the game against us??

7-23 wasnt close?? It was a 2 possession game, it wasnt over. If that isnt close i want to know what you consider all the "close" games we have LOST in the past 2 years when we were leading.
