Banana pudding done right would literally drop kick every pie in the face.

Banana pudding in a pie crust sounds awesome. I might try that this weekend.

Pumpkin pie is a one month novelty pie. Yeah, it tastes good but would you eat it for Christmas? 4th of July?

Applie Pie, son. Apple Pie.


But that one month almost trumps anything else served warm on a crust.

And great apple pie is very seasonal.

I don't think I've tried one with granny smith. Maybe that's why I'm not a huge fan. Granny Smiths are the best apple and it isn't even close.
